INAUTHENTICITY NO LONGER HAS A PLACE ???? ✨

We are entering into a new age, an age where anything inauthentic no longer has a place – it can no longer survive. As we are waking up as a collective, we are letting go of things, people, situations, jobs, ideas, thoughts and beliefs that are no longer serving us. In order to let go, we must create flow and sustainability in our business by tapping into our sacred purpose. 

It begs the question – what in your life is not true to who you are? What is no longer serving you?

Some are easy to see and therefore easy to purge. Others are stuck to me like glue and are taking years to release. And some days I feel like I haven’t shed a thing, even though the truth is I am always shedding and evaluating what is true to me.

I was told by a close friend of mine, who I have known for years, that she knows no one who has transformed and morphed in the way I have. Those words felt foreign to me, and I didn’t know how to receive it. I wanted to feel proud of the work I’ve done on myself, but I also felt so alone in my pursuit to transform. Why aren’t people changing and moving and growing at the same pace? Why me? Why am I doing this work at such a rapid pace?

The answers to those questions revealed themselves to me a day later.  I saw a vision of my sacred purpose – the reason why I am here. My purpose is to forge this path for other Western women. To be a bridge between lands. To help more women shift and transform the way I am. The work I am doing on myself is all for the greater good, so I can teach and share this ancient wisdom.

My recent career shift and choice to resign from Beachbody is still very raw.

It wasn’t a decision I made overnight. There were many layers to peel back before I knew it was time. And even when I knew it was time, I was still doubtful. I was still fearful of the unknown. But there were nudges and signs everywhere that I could not deny. The time had come to shift, and I trusted every bit of that intuition.

My journey as a Beachbody coach was not by mistake. My success as a coach was not by mistake. It led me to exactly where I am today. It gave me skills, experience, confidence, credibility and a platform for people to see me as a leader.

I absolutely needed Beachbody in order to fulfill the purpose I was sent to this Earth to fulfill.

In order for me to fully step into my soul’s work – my sacred purpose – I had to leave Beachbody. I had to leave a team of women that I had grown close to and had become like sisters. I had to let go in order to move forward – all for the greater good.

I have had so many doubts. I have prayed and meditated many times for forgiveness and healing. I know my leaving pained many people, including myself.

But deep within me is this undeniable trust and knowingness that I am doing what’s most authentic for me and my life’s work. I trust that the shift happened for greatest good of all involved. 

So why I am I here? How I am serving now?

As of very recently, it has become crystal clear. Which is a great reminder that many times when we are nudged or have an intuitive download to do something, we do not need all the answers right away. We just need to move and trust the rest will come in time.

I am here to help women create an aligned eco-system in their business, so that they are fulfilling their sacred purpose in a way that is sustainable to their lifestyle. This allows creative women to tap into their flow which honors their bodies, their families and their sacred purpose. By tapping into a more feminine approach of doing business, we create a business that supports our life instead of running it.

Network marketing planted a seed within me that I am forever grateful for. It led me to new opportunities, life experiences and perspectives I would have never had without it. I now seek to serve women in network marketing to find more flow and ease in the intertwining of their life and business. Through business structure + flow, I teach women to create a new pattern. A new way of doing business that creates more space, time and, eventually, financial freedom.

We are women. We are passionate. We want to change the world all while creating a life for ourselves and our families that is comfortable, spacious and nurturing. We want to travel, experience delicious food, learn about the moon, read, do yoga, meditate daily, have a more intimate relationship with our spouse, raise beautiful and self-sustaining children. We want it all.

And deep down we know we can have it all. We just don’t know the path.

The only path we’ve been exposed to is the path of the patriarchy, which is to do it all, all the time, please everyone and put yourself last – because at some point it will be worth it….at least that is what we are led to believe. But ask yourself these questions. Does that feel true? Does it feel aligned to sacrifice now to sit back and enjoy later? Would I even be able to sit back and enjoy anything, ever? Can I have both work and play in an aligned way now? As I reach my goals and milestones, is there still an emptiness? When I sacrifice things in my life, especially myself, am I left feeling burnout, tired, sick or beat down?

Here is my take on creating an aligned ecosystem within your business:

YOUR BUSINESS STRUCTURE:

This is your business systems that are set up to allow you more space to create and do. But also allows you more space to be outside of your business doing those other things like travel, yoga, being in nature, meditating, cooking, exploring, spending time with your most precious people.

Does your business need you in order to operate? Do you have a source of residual income? How do you bring in new clients? How do you sell your products? How are you welcoming and onboarding new students/clients? If you were to take a month or even two off, could your business sustain itself?  If you needed just a week off, would you lose momentum? Could you ever work a 10 hour week and still be/feel successful?

Think about it – if we are constantly fearful our businesses will collapse while we take a break to gain experience and perspective – how will we ever tap into the power within?

The worry and fear is blocking that connection to your intuition. We must set up business systems that allow ourselves to trust that we are supported and business will carry on if we need a little space. And space, my love, is so important. It is essential to success in business. Taking time away to just be is what I mean when I say space.

Email marketing, sales funnels, online automation tools are all ways to pull yourself out of the equation. And I’m not saying these systems will put your business on autopilot, they are there to support you as a living and breathing human – one that needs support, one that needs space. Remember, you are not a robot 🙂

YOUR BUSINESS FLOW:

This is how you move through your business work. Whether it’s writing content, filming videos, working with clients, finding collaboration opportunities with other entrepreneurs, setting up your systems, strategizing and planning your promotional calendar, launching your e-course, running a workshop or webinar, brainstorming your next project, training your staff or doing research, there is a way in which these all fit together like a puzzle.

The current path is to do all those things all at the same time – bouncing from one project to the next – we are constantly breaking up our flow and alignment.

For example, when we have a launch approaching, there is a lot to prepare for. Basically all the things I listed above. And in one day you may film a couple videos, write 5 emails, upload your videos to the training platform, create the facebook support group, start building your sales page, write the outline for the next module, and talk to to your staff. WOW – that is a lot. And because you are doing so many different things, each one of those loses a bit of your light and your shine. You are devaluing yourself and your knowledge because of the constant need to do so much all the time. The scarcity mindset creeps in – if I don’t do this launch in the next month, I will never be successful.

When you create flow in your business, you are moving through phases or cycles, meaning one week you are in a creative space where you write all your content – sales pages, emails, blogs, social media posts, resources, course outlines. And that’s it – all you do is write. The scheduling, implementing, doing, building the tech side of things is all saved for another week. This week you are focused in on your creative side for the content you need in the next 30-40 days. And once it’s done, it’s done. The next week you can spend sorting through the content and scheduling it out where it needs to go.

Tapping into your flow is aligned directly with your moon cycle. There are very specific weeks in your cycle where you are more creative, weeks when you have warrior energy to do, weeks when you need SHINE SO BRIGHT you need to be in front of people and weeks when you just need to rest and give yourself space to visualize and just be.

YOUR BUSINESS SERVING THE COLLECTIVE WHOLE:

Is your business being of service to the greater good? Are you helping the collective whole of humanity awaken in this new age of light?

When I reflect on my time as a Beachbody coach, I know I added a lot of good into the world. I changed many lives – helping people get healthier AND creating lifestyles of freedom by mentoring them to build a business. The ripple effect of my teachings within Beachbody went far and wide – it still does today. And I am very proud of that!

My new business does the same. I am just being called to spread that light in a new and different way.

When you boil it down, do you feel good about the work you are doing? Does the work you are doing fill you heart in a way nothing else can? Do you feel like you are living up to your fullest potential? Are you sharing your most authentic self and voice?

Most likely you feel connected to your purpose, but there is something missing. Do you have fears or doubts? Do you compare yourself to others? Are you so attached to be successful that you are not allowing success to come to you? Do you have the business systems and foundations set up to allow your purpose to shine bright?

If you do not feel connected to a purpose, remember that you are here for a reason. Signs, synchronicities, coincidences, things that happen out of the blue, unusual encounters – they all happen for a reason. They all happen to guide you in the right direction and I promise if you don’t pick up on the queues, they will keep happening. The sooner you start opening up your heart to those signs, the sooner you will feel pulled and called to what you are meant to do in this life.
